THE STYLE GENE specialises in hand-embossing rose vanity boxes and hand-lettering signature hamper boxes individually. This is complimentary with every purchase.
Rose vanity boxes:
First name only would be ideal. If you would like to include first and last names, the positioning will shift slightly depending on the space available.
Signature hamper boxes:
Anything from a person's first name, full name, initials, or simple two to three word greetings such as Hello Gorgeous, It's Your Birthday, Get Well Soon, World's Best Dad, and Congratulations, to name a few.

Refund/ exchange policy
As all our rose vanity boxes and signature boxes are personalised, THE STYLE GENE does not refund or exchange. If any product was received faulty or damaged, please send an email (within 7 days from the day the package was received) to email@example.com for assistance.
FREE shipping on all orders $100 and above.
A flat fee of AUD $15 applies for standard shipping on orders below $100.
It takes 2-3 business days to personalise the boxes from the day the order is received.
1-2 business days for delivery within New South Wales.
2-4 business days for delivery to all other Australian states.
THE STYLE GENE endeavours to get your order out in perfect condition in the shortest timeframe possible.
If a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for redelivery (depending on location).
To avoid this, it is recommended to provide a delivery address where someone is available during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Incorrect delivery address and personalisation typo
We all make mistakes. Breathe and send an urgent email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title 'INCORRECT ORDER'. There will be a charge to replace the personalised box and/or a re-delivery fee incurred however if the order has not been personalised or dispatched, THE STYLE GENE can definitely amend the details.
